Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you catch the thoughts quietly running the show and understand exactly how they shape your feelings and actions. The goal isn't to think positively. It's to think accurately.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

The mind has a habit of living everywhere except right now.

Drawing from MBCT and MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Therapy builds the ability to observe a thought without becoming it. Particularly powerful for depression, anxiety, and chronic stress, where rumination keeps pain alive long after the moment has passed.

Trauma-Informed Care

What to expect when you start

Your first session is not an assessment. It is a conversation.

Your therapist will ask about what has been on your mind, what brought you to therapy, and what you would most like to change. You may also be asked about your background, relationships, and any previous experiences with therapy. By the end of the session you will have a sense of whether the fit feels right, and your therapist will share initial thoughts on how they can support you.

There is no expectation to share everything at once. Most people find the first session easier than they expected. You set the pace, and your therapist follows your lead. Sessions are 45 minutes long, held over a secure encrypted video call, and you can join from wherever you feel comfortable.
