Refund and Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to therapy services offered by THERAPY COUNCIL,
including but not limited to individual sessions, couples therapy, and related counseling services
booked through our website or other official channels.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued only if a session is cancelled by THERAPY COUNCIL (for example, due to
therapist unavailability or a technical issue on our end) and you choose not to reschedule.
- No refunds are provided once you have joined the call for a scheduled session.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or if you miss the session for any reason. In such cases,
the session is considered consumed.
Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule a booked session subject to therapist availability. If you choose
to reschedule, the booking amount will be carried forward to the new slot. Refunds are not
provided for rescheduled sessions.
How to Request a Refund (if eligible)
- Please email support@therapycouncil.org with your booking ID, full name, contact number,
and the scheduled session date and time.
- If the session cancellation was on our end and you prefer a refund over rescheduling, we will
initiate the refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
- For approved cases, refunds are typically processed within up to 15 business days to the
original method of payment. Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
